Your selection of hotels for us was very well chosen. In particular, I would single out the Spice Tree in Munnar and the 8th Bastion in Fort Kochi. Our driver, Jilmon, discovered a new route from the Spice Tree to the coast without returning to Munnar. If you have not already, may I suggest that it be discussed with him because it was probably the most beautiful of all our journeys. More generally, may we thank you for your efficiency and care in the preparation of quite a crowded itinerary. I wanted to once again thank you for the great help of basically planning our small trip through Kerala. We followed the plan on the small paper you gave us and had a wonderful experience. First we went to Thrissur where we had Kalari-classes which was out of plan but then we went to llepey and after staying a night there went to Kumarakom. After a day in the backwaters we ended up in Kodanad where we had an unforgettable bath with elephants.I have given my mother your contact details and showed her your web-page about which she was very enthusiastic.Presently we are in Amritsar after which we will go to Delhi. After having returned to Switzerland, we would like to sincerely thank you for organizing our trip via Rajasthan. Everything went well and to our complete satisfaction: The transfers (always on time), the booking of the various hotels, our driver Bophal (a little reserved, but very friendly) and the guides at each location (especially the one in Varanasi).
Almost all hotels gave us a good to very good impression. The highlights were the Leela Palace Kempinski in Udaipur (pure luxury, great location and friendly staff) that you had chosen, as well as the Amarita Suryauday Haveli in Varanasi (well-maintained house, friendly, neat & tidy and well situated). And of course, the Camp Chatra Sagar Nim extraordinary, special, in the middle of nature. The owner of the hotel himself is taking care of his guests and conducting tours to the nature reserve, the villages and the farmers. The houses we cannot recommend are the following ones that were chosen by us: the Laxmi Niwas Palace in Bikaner (scruffy, dirty house, strong smell in the room, the first of which we had to refuse , and an unfriendly reception), the Grand Imperial in Agra (scruffy house in need of renovation) and the Parkland, Green Park in Delhi (dingy hotel and rooms, despite a very good restaurant). We only spent short nights in the aforementioned hotels, so that it did not negatively impact too much our trip.
Next year some friends of ours might possibly visit India. Of course, we will recommend you and your company to them. Wishing you and your self-employment in your company a lot of success. Thank you so much for everything and all the best to you and your family.

We just returned from our amazing family tour of Maldives and myself and each and every family member would like to Thank Lotus for such a wonderful time that we had. I would like to place on records the immense professionalism of your team and the great service we have experienced. We were initially thinking of staying in another Resort, however your team suggested us to stay at Hideaway Resort which was perhaps the best thing which happened. Though this was slightly above our budget we agreed to it. To be honest to you we did compare the prices online found your offer much lesser. your team was so knowledgeable, prompt, courteous & polite, we started with Rahul who was always available for us and later Pradeesh took over. Both of them were simply the best. We were surprised that at Trivandrum airport the officials were aware of our travel, on reaching Hanimaadhoo airport we were received well and transferred to Hideaway. On reaching and experiencing the resort why Lotus insisted on Hideaway. This resort is simply amazing, state of the art Resort with so much of facilities available, the family villa was the best choice for the big family of ours, the private pool was perfect fit, and the incomparable choice and quality of food, and above all was the wonderful staff of the resort which made the difference. To name a few, the Reservation head Mr. Shambhu, Restaurant manager Mr. Shankar, service staff Firushan, Manu, Indian chef Shriyal We were made to feel special and I have a guess we were special because we were booked through Lotus. My mom, sisters, their children, my daughter and the grand kid all have expressed their thanks to team Lotus for a wonderful and memorable trip. We had a great reunion after a long time and each one of us are looking forward for more such journeys with Lotus. Please convey our special thanks to Pradeesh, Rahul and all those who worked behind this.

We would like to thank you veeeeeery much for the holiday, it has been the best experience ever. Frankly speaking Sarath, eveything was so perfectly organised that we have absolutely no negative remarks whatsoever. No problems with any of the drivers (always on time and very nice), no problems with any of the hotels, no problems with any of the entries included in the itinerary. The activities planned were so great that words cannot express how awesome we feel having experienced all of it. The flight to Sri Lanka went smoothly and any assistance we received was top notch. We only had one small issue with checking in into our last hotel in Negombo but that was because the hotel personnel accidentally checked in someone else instead of us. It was, however, swiftly resolved. We are certainly planning to return to India and will most certainly resort to yourself. Thank you once again. It has really been a 10/10 experience.
